Hoi allemaal,

NLNOG Day 2021 gaat bijna van start! We hebben een leuke en afwisselende
dag vol interessante presentaties gepland en we kunnen niet wachten om
iedereen weer online of in Podium Mozaïek te zien.

Met deze e-mail willen we graag uitleggen wat je van de dag kunt
verwachten, maar ook wat wij van jou verwachten. Lees de volgende
informatie alsjeblieft goed door.

Je bent van harte welkom bij Podium Mozaïek in Amsterdam of online via onze
website of YouTube kanaal.
Als je naar de locatie wil komen is vooraf registreren verplicht (uiteraard
gratis). Als je online meedoet is registratie niet nodig.

Wanneer je naar Podium Mozaïek komt hou er dan rekening mee dat we alle
covid gerelateerde overheidsvoorschriften zullen volgen. We willen het
evenement namelijk zo veilig en leuk mogelijk maken.

Dit is wat je kan verwachten als je op locatie mee wil doen:

- Iedereen houdt zich aan alle covid gerelateerde overheidsvoorschriften.

- Bij de ingang zullen we CoronaChecks doen voor iedereen. Dit betekent dat
je een geldige QR code MOET kunnen laten zien om aan te tonen dat je bent
gevaccineerd, recent negatief bent getest, of bewezen hersteld van
covid-19. We accepteren een Nederlandse QR code, evenals EU Groene Pas QR
codes. Daarnaast MOET je een ID kunnen laten zien. Zonder QR code en
bijbehorende ID mag je helaas niet naar binnen. De overheid staat het
gebruik van het gele boekje niet toe. Als je geen app wil gebruiken kan je
op https://coronacheck.nl/nl/print/ een uitdraai maken met beperkte
geldigheid.

- Als je eenmaal binnen bent, hoef je geen mondkapje op en is afstand
houden niet verplicht.

- We beseffen dat niet iedereen zich comfortabel zal voelen met het
loslaten van voorheen geldende regels rond fysiek contact. Daarom hebben we
2 verschillende kleuren lanyards. De witte lanyards geven aan dat je geen
probleem hebt met fysiek contact zoals handen schudden. De blauwe lanyards
geven aan dat je geen fysiek contact wenst. Je mag zelf je lanyard kiezen
bij de registratie in de ochtend. We gaan ervan uit dat iedereen elkaars
wensen respecteert.

- We raden aan om afstand te houden, daarom is het aantal deelnemers flink
lager dan voorgaande jaren. Lunch en diner zullen zowel binnen als buiten
(onder parasols) geserveerd worden. De pauzes zijn ook langer dan jullie
gewend zijn, zodat je de tijd kunt nemen om je te verplaatsen.

- Blijf alsjeblieft thuis als je klachten hebt, zelfs van een milde
verkoudheid.

- Als je je hebt geregistreerd om te komen, en je ziet hier toch vanaf,
annuleer dan alsjeblieft je ticket in EventBrite, dit helpt ons de catering
te plannen.

Hi everyone,

NLNOG Day 2021 is almost upon us! We have a full day programme filled with
interesting talks ready, and we can't wait to see you in person or remote.

With this email we'd like to explain what kind of day you can expect, and
what we expect of you. Please read this information carefully.

You can attend locally at Podium Mozaiek in Amsterdam and remotely.
Registration for attending on-site is mandatory but free of charge. For
remote participation registration is not required. We will stream the
entire event on our website and via YouTube.

Attending in person involves some extra effort as there are still rules and
regulations in place supporting the fight against the coronavirus. We
intend to make the event as safe and as enjoyable for everyone as possible.

Here's what you can expect if you choose to attend on-site:

- The event will take place in full accordance with all covid rules and
regulations issued by the Dutch government.

- We will execute CoronaCheck tests at the entrance. This means that you
MUST present a valid QR code to indicate complete vaccination, proof of
recovery or a recent negative test result. Dutch QR codes as well as EU
Green Pass QR codes are accepted. You MUST also provide identification.
Without a valid QR code and matching ID you will not be allowed entrance.
According to Dutch regulations we cannot accept the yellow vaccination
booklet ("gele boekje").

- Once you've confirmed your health status you will be allowed into the
venue without further masking or distancing requirements.

- We recognise that everyone will have different comfort levels regarding
limiting potential exposure. We'll provide lanyards in two colours: white
and blue. White means you're ok with physical touch like shaking hands,
blue means you're not. You can choose your preferred colour lanyard at
registration. We expect everybody to respect these expressed wishes.

- We recommend distancing where possible and will limit the amount of
people allowed inside. Lunch and dinner will both be served inside and
outside under parasols. The break durations have been extended compared to
previous years to give everybody the time to move around at ease.

- Please stay home if you exhibit any symptoms including what may feel like
a mild flu.

- In case you have registered to attend in person, but prefer to attend
remotely instead, please cancel your ticket in EventBrite. This will help
us with catering estimations.

Unfortunately there won't be a quiz to close off the event this year. You
