[NLNOG] Spoofer Report for NLNOG for Mar 2018

Dear all,
CAIDA asked whether this type of report would be beneficial to the NLNOG
community, and I responded positively. We’ll be receiving these every month
from now on.
I believe this type of report will help people implement source address
validation.
